About the event
Advanced hands-on training in fascia, nervous system regulation, and embodied clinical practice
Somatic Myofascial Release is an advanced, hands-on training that explores the intersection of fascial science, nervous system regulation, and embodied therapeutic presence. This workshop moves beyond technique alone to cultivate a deeper understanding of how myofascial patterns reflect the body’s adaptive history — and how skilled, intentional touch can support lasting structural and functional change.
Participants will learn refined myofascial release techniques that work with the body’s inherent rhythms rather than forcing change. Through slow, attentive engagement with tissue and an awareness of the client’s nervous system, therapists develop the ability to listen through their hands and respond to the body as an integrated whole.
The training integrates evidence-informed fascial principles with a somatic, trauma-aware framework. Therapists will explore how holding patterns are shaped by both biomechanical and emotional factors, and how to create a therapeutic environment that…
