About the event
This Injury Rehabilitation Massage course is designed to provide an in-depth exploration of the anatomy associated with various injuries, particularly those commonly seen in sports and physical activities. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the physiological structures involved in injuries, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. The course will delve into prevalent sports injuries, such as Iliotibial Band (ITB) Syndrome, which often affects runners and cyclists due to repetitive friction, as well as Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow, both of which result from overuse and strain on the elbow joint during specific activities. Additionally, the course will cover Runner's Knee, a condition that frequently impacts athletes due to misalignment or overuse, and Rotator Cuff injuries, which are common among individuals engaging in overhead activities, and other common sports pathologies.
